It was RESOLVED to accept apologies from Cllr A. Hyde, Cllr D. Bullock, Cllr J. Bullock and Cllr D. Leppington

0210/26                      DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY AND OTHER INTEREST

Cllr D. Leppington declared an interest in item 0709.1

It was RESOLVED to accept the Minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on 8^th September 2026

Minutes of the Committee Meeting held on 16^th September 2026, were noted

0410/26          EXTERNAL REPORTS

Cllr T. Seston gave a verbal report on a Police raid that had gone wrong in Eastfield, Skills Village funding secured and due to operate from March 2027

0510/26    FINANCIAL MATTERS

0510.1.   It was RESOLVED to approve the Transactions To date Payments totalling £4,954.58 and Receipts for the Mid Year totalling £115,888.85  

0510.2   It was RESOLVED to approve Bank Reconciliation for September 2026

0510.3 It was received and noted the Mid-Year Budget Report

0610/26   CLERKS UPDATE including

0610.1    It was RESOLVED to approve the Draft Drone Agreement.

0610.2    It was RESOLVED to accept the proposed changes to the Green Ranger Job Description

0610.3    It was NOTED that the draft Business Case for land on Overdale Site was in early stages and Council are awaiting further talks with NYC

0710/26   GRANT APPLICATIONS – Cllr K Elbourne left the meeting

0710.1     It was RESOLVED to approve funding of £1,000 to Veterans Tea and Toast Group for Trips and Christmas Dinner

Cllr K Elbourne returned to the meeting
