Financial Matters Councillors to consider and agree the following Financial Matters
It was RESOLVED to accept the Receipts and Transaction for July 25
It was RESOLVED to accept the Bank Reconciliation for June 25
It was RESOLVED to approve the above Grant Application for the sum of £ 870 Cllr Leppington did not take part in the vote for this item
The Eastfield Residents Association have rescinded their Grant Application It was proposed to look at the possibility of providing a Santa/grotto and presents for the Eastfield Library event- Costings to be brought to next Meeting |

To receive report from North Yorkshire Council on the Community Park North Yorkshire Officers gave a brief overview of her report (previously circulated to Councillors) When asked where the funding would come from the Council were told at present there is no identified funding. The demolition is due to start in October and will last approximately 4-5months. The question was asked about the Capital Funding for Eastfield- At present there has been no decision on how this money will be spent. It was RESOLVED to accept the report The Council was asked to decide on at least 2 Councillors to sit on the Strategic Planning Committee The following were proposed and seconded The Clerk/RFO Cllr T. White, Cllr A. Hyde and Cllr K. Elbourne It was RESOLVED that The Clerk and Cllr T White should represent the Council in future meetings |
