NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL

You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Meeting of Eastfield Town Council to be held at The Legacy Centre, Ashmead Square on Tuesday 12th May commencing at 7pm for the purpose of transacting the following business in accordance with LGA 1972, schedule 12 Para 10(2)

MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ARE ALSO WELCOME TO ATTEND.

Chair to welcome and introduce meeting

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

The period which is designated for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes. Each member of the public may only speak once and for no longer than three minutes.  Matters raised must relate to items on the agenda

Delivery by the Chairman of their acceptance of office form unless it is resolved for this to be done at a later date.

The current Financial Regulations already ADOPTED but it was noted that there maybe some new ones being issued these will be brought to a further meeting if any changes are made.

No changes to the already adopted Standing Orders at this time

0505.4        To review Councillors Pecuniary and Non-Pecuniary Interests forms, new form to be available for completion if required
